Hi, my name is Febe, I’m a Belgian certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. The human body has always fascinated me. Ever since I was a little kid I searched for ways to heal, I was interested in medicine and gave advice to teachers in my class to help with their health issues. After my second pregnancy, I wanted to feel like a woman again. I wanted to have energy, feel good and look good. So I started diving into nutrition, fitness and health. The next step was teaching others what I’ve learned, by becoming a group fitness instructor, a personal trainer and nutritionist.
